Welcome! I’m Miranda
I'm a certified mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor (RYT-500), and ICT certified resilience coach passionate about helping people reduce stress and build resilience. With over 25 years of experience in yoga and meditation, I’ve had the privilege of studying with some of the world’s leading teachers. Through my online programs, retreats, and workshops, I guide individuals to find balance, cultivate inner peace, and find self-compassion.
As a mother of two young boys (my greatest “Zen Masters”), I bring a grounded, authentic approach to well-being, blending evidence-based practices with heartfelt connection. I love collaborating on podcasts, interviews, and speaking engagements to share insights on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience.
