- Group Introductions + Intention Setting + Opening the circle

- Teaching Session: Mindfulness for stress reduction & emotional regulation. We'll explore patterns of the mind that cause stress & nervous system activation + how mindfulness, meditation and somatic practices can help us shift patterns of the mind, emotionally regulate and create greater peace and ease within

- Practice Session: Mindful movement, nervous system re-balancing practices, and guided meditation practice for inner peace

- Teaching Session: How self-compassion can help you heal + guided practices to implement greater self-compassion within your life

- Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga Nidra: a powerful practice for deep relaxation and mental clarity, allowing the body and mind to release stress, tension, and stored emotions. These techniques help reconnect individuals with their inner calm, creating a sense of grounding, healing, and inner clarity.

- Reflection, Sharing & Closing the circle

Hi! I’m Miranda, a certified meditation teacher, resilience coach, and yoga therapist with over 25 years of experience. I work as a wellness facilitator for both Englewood Hospital and Optum, supporting Goldman Sachs employees. Specializing in stress management and resilience training, I also lead retreats, workshops, and online programs designed to help people live more balanced, content lives. Having studied with world-renowned teachers, I’m passionate about guiding others to find strength, joy, and peace. My two young sons, however, remain my greatest 'Zen Masters.'
