Find YOUR Pause
An 8-week program from overwhelm and anxiety to calm, presence, and self-compassion.
Next LIVE teaching group, Fri 1-2 PM March 20 - May 2
This is meditation without taking extra time out of your day. Through weekly live coaching, short practices (5-10 minutes), and ancient techniques backed by modern neuroscience, you’ll build a personal pause practice that fits your real life.
No sitting on cushions for 30 minutes. No adding more to your plate. Just practical tools to catch the negative thoughts, sleep better, and be present again — with your family, your work, your life.

Sign me upAfter 8 weeks in Find Your Pause, you will understand who you are beneath the busyness, stress, and anxiety of life, choose where your mind goes instead of being hijacked by negative thoughts, and reclaim that calmer, more present version of yourself you’ve been missing.
Is Find YOUR Pause for You?
Are you ready to?
Build a sustainable pause practice that actually fits your life
You’ll have your own 3-5 go-to techniques you use daily - not because you “should,” but because they work for you. These aren’t 30-minute meditations. They’re 2-5 minute pauses woven into moments you’re already living (drinking tea, walking to your car, lying in bed). Students report still using these practices 6+ months after completing the program - they become part of how you live, not another thing on your to-do list.
Catch negative thoughts before you spiral
You’ll recognize the thought patterns that used to hijack your entire day - and have tools to redirect them in the moment. You’ll sleep better because you can turn off 3 am rumination. You’ll pause before snapping at your partner or reacting to stress. The anxiety doesn’t disappear, but you’ll have more control over it instead of it controlling you.
Treat yourself with actual compassion (not just “being nice”)
You’ll quiet the harsh inner critic that’s been running the show. Instead of beating yourself up for every mistake, you’ll respond to yourself the way you’d respond to a good friend. This isn’t theory - it’s a measurable shift in how you talk to yourself daily.
The proof: In survey results over 4 years of my community classes (which use similar practices with less intensive coaching), 94% of students report increased well-being - more kindness toward themselves and others, less stress, and better sleep. And 92% report better ability to deal with emotions, thoughts, and conflict.
Sign me upWhy am I teaching this program?
I know what it’s like to wake up at 3am with your mind racing, to snap at people you love, to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself anymore.
In my 20s and 30s, I battled anxiety and depression. I did all the “right” things - therapy, yoga, traveled to India to study meditation, endless self-development work. I thought I had it figured out. Then I had kids, and everything came roaring back. Marriage struggles triggered old wounds. I lost my job, my financial independence, my sense of self. I had beautiful children… but I was LOST. The rumination and negative thinking wouldn’t stop.
Here’s what I learned: Mindfulness isn’t the only tool - but it’s the FIRST tool because it’s completely within your control. You can access it at 3am when anxiety hits. You don’t need an appointment or a prescription. It’s backed by 2,000 years of human experience AND modern neuroscience. And most importantly? It works in real life, with kids screaming and work deadlines and everything falling apart.
I’m not teaching from “I’ve got it all figured out.” I’m teaching from “I’ve been where you are, and here’s what actually worked.” I’ve spent 15+ years studying with meditation masters in India and training with neuroscientists. I teach corporate stress reduction at Goldman Sachs and Microsoft. I work as a cancer recovery specialist at a hospital. I’m certified in yoga meditation for pain management.
But the real reason I teach this? Because I remember what it felt like to be controlled by my own thoughts. And I know you can find your way back to yourself - one pause at a time.
What’s Included:
Building a sustainable practice doesn’t happen in isolation. Here’s everything that supports your transformation:
Weekly 1-hour live coaching calls
Small, intimate groups where we actually get to know each other. These aren’t lecture-style sessions - we practice together, journal, discuss, and troubleshoot YOUR specific challenges. All recorded so you never miss anything.
Short, accessible meditations (2-10 minutes)
Practices that fit into the life you’re already living - no need to carve out extra time or wake up earlier. Simple weekly practices designed to build YOUR personal pause habit without adding more to your plate.
Private WhatsApp group
Accountability and support between calls. When you’re struggling with a technique or celebrating a breakthrough, you’ve got people who get it. Learning from others’ experiences accelerates your own progress.
Complete resource library
All homework, meditations, and weekly recordings are yours to keep through 2026. When life gets chaotic (and it will), you can return to the practices that work for YOU. This isn’t “use it during the 8 weeks and lose it” - these tools are yours.
Ongoing weekly community classes (September-June)
After your 8 weeks end, you’re invited to continue with the broader community. Maintain momentum, deepen your practice, and stay connected to the work. Remember: 94% of students report increased well-being because they keep practicing. This invitation helps you do that.
