Why am I teaching this program?
I’m a mindfulness teacher, yoga therapist, and mindset coach, dedicated to helping others find balance and resilience in their lives. These practices have transformed me from an overwhelmed, stressed-out mother to a happier, more fulfilled person—and the mother and professional I wanted to be.
I learned how to pause, manage stress, set boundaries, and regulate my emotions. These tools helped me channel my energy constructively and approach myself with kindness and self-compassion, even in my imperfections.
Sharing these practices is my passion because they offer a foundation for a happier, more balanced life. They help people understand their inner world, embrace themselves with kindness, and deepen their connections with others. These teachings transform individuals and communities, creating more peace and resilience.
I see so much unnecessary anxiety and suffering, and I want to help more people thrive. This program can help you feel less overwhelmed, access greater inner peace, sleep better, reduce stress and pain, regulate your emotions and responses in a healthier way, and reconnect with yourself and others. Tuesdays 7 - 8 PM March 4 - April 29 (Reflection week on April 15th) Join a supportive community to explore the material together, ask questions, and share your journey. Hi! I’m Miranda,
I am a certified meditation teacher & resilience coach, and yoga therapist with over 25 years of experience. I work as a wellness facilitator for both Englewood Hospital and Optum, supporting Goldman Sachs employees. Specializing in stress management and resilience training, I also lead retreats, workshops, and online programs designed to help people live more balanced, content lives. Having studied with world-renowned teachers, I’m passionate about guiding others to find strength, joy, and peace. My two young sons, however, remain my greatest 'Zen Masters.'
